Lloyd Bullock Design has been designing & documenting plans since 1990. During this period we have carried out a variety of projects ranging from new industrial warehouse development to the humble backyard deck & carport. Flexibility of design talent has enabled us to produce award winning designs.

Our office is located at Auchenflower in Brisbane’s western suburbs. All our design and documentation is carried out on computer using the latest in CAD technology and modern licenced office equipment and communications, ensuring that our liaison with other consultants and clients can be swift and cost effective.
The principal of the firm, David Rivers, has an Advanced Diploma of Building Design and is a chartered member of the BDAQ (Building Designers Association of Queensland) and holds a qualification as an Endorsed Sustainable Building Designer. He aso holds BSA Licence no. 1119668 and company supervisor’s licence no. 1119670. Lloyd Bullock Design holds full professional indemnity insurance.
